Our focus is to make sure every plan participant knows what's required to reach their retirement goals. We take the time to conduct one-on-one meetings with participants to make sure there are no unanswered questions. We regularly see employees willing to take the required steps, but are unaware of those steps until they sit down with one of our trusted advisors.

Fiduciary Partner To Our Employers

We understand the day-to-day fiduciary liability an employer takes on when offering a corporate retirement plan. That’s why we take on some of that liability and serve as an ERISA 3(21) co-fiduciary, or in some situations an ERISA 3(38) fiduciary. We partner with our clients to assist in the following areas:

  • Assist with creating an Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
  • Conduct investment reviews with detailed reports and full documentation
  • Vendor analysis and plan fee benchmarking
  • Monitor investment performance and replacement process
  • Maintain an electronnic Fiduciary File Folder for the client, along with client access
  • Conduct education and enrollment meetings for your staff
